WORKSHOP REGISTRATION CHECKLIST

Initial Registration can be done in a number of ways:

1.  Email: Workshop.Rail@ec.gc.ca and give all information listed on Fax-Back Form

or,

2.  Complete and send the Fax-back form to (819) 953-7815.

AND

3.  Mail Registration Fee of $100.00 (includes GST) and  completed Fax-back form to:

4.  Call Hotel at (204) 942-8251 and make a reservation referring to the Group ENVC1 for a guaranteed room/rate of $95.00 per night (Workshop is on the 21 - 23rd of June, 1999).  Reservations should be made before May 21, 1999.
